THIS ALL STARTED OVER SPONGEBOB FANFICS

To your left is the most embarrassing picture ever taken of me.
This was around the time I wrote copious (COPIOUS) amounts of SpongeBob fan fictions with a pen and some college-ruled paper. I carried my stories in a binder that I took literally everywhere.
Never thought I’d tell anyone about this, but here I am.
I thought the only people who’d ever know about the SpongeBob era would be my family and my grade school bullies, BUT I’ve realized it was actually a super important time in my life. It was the first time I fell in love with writing.

ANYWAY…

I'm a thirty-something copywriter who still watches cartoons on the weekends and never wears matching socks.
I love ads that make me laugh. Laughter is pretty awesome, and I think we all need to do more of it.
But I love some other things too. Like, music. And my cat. Her name is Betty, and she is way smarter than I am.
You’re also probably thinking I play guitar, but I don’t. Never got the hang of it. Kind of want to learn upright bass, though.
For now, I’ll just stick with the writing.

WHAT WORKING WITH ME IS LIKE

I was having a difficult time solving the Black Hole Information Paradox until Holly, at the time a janitor, came in to do some cleaning, took one look, and cracked it on the spot. 10/10 would recommend.

Each day with Holly makes me bring my writing degree closer to the fire.

If you give her the chance she’ll try and convince you why the ideal day is 49 degrees and rainy. She’s obviously wrong, but don’t hold that against her.
